Burton C. Hagadorn obituary

Burton C. Hagadorn, sixty-seven, of Preston Hollow died Friday March 27 at his home. Death was due to heart disease. He was born in the town of Broome and until eight weeks ago was in his usual good health. He was a farmer by occupation, a member of the Baptist Church and a highly respected citizen. At one time he was Overseer of the highway near Preston Hollow. He is survived by his widow, three sons Ford and Ferris of Middleburgh and Raymond, who is Principal of the Gilboa Central School, and three sisters, Mrs. Charles Loveland and Mrs. J. Travis of Catskill and Mrs. C. C. Potter of Preston Hollow. Funeral was held at the Baptist Church Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock, Rev. Stanley Smith officiating. Burial at Oak Hill.
