Arlo C. Flagg death notice

     A Cobleskill paper of last week contained a notice of the death of Arlo C. Flagg, who died Monday, March 23, at the home of his niece, Mrs. LeRoy Brown, on North Washington Avenue, Cobleskill, where he had resided for the past three years. Mr. Flagg, who had never married, was born in Essex county, N.Y., on September 2, 1853, the son of SIlas and Sally Hunter Flagg. Mrs. Brown and several other nieces and nephews survive. He formerly resided in Essex and was a guide in the Adirondack Mountains. Funeral services were held in Cobleskill at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon in the Mereness funeral home with Rev. C. R. Joudry of the Episcopal church, officiating. Interment was in the Roscoe cemetery in the town of Lewis.
