*The Ridgewood Times, started in 1908 not 1912, (the microfilm starts in 1912 since everything prior was destroyed in a flood) it is circulated mainly in Ridgewood/Glendale and the Times Newsweekly circulates throughout Queens County in many neighborhoods.  In 1989 the Times Newsweekly was added to the stable, both publish every Thursday.
