Surname TUCKER & DELANEY or DELANCY

My gg Grandparents came from Oswego, NY.  I have just recently found records in the familysearch.org site about Mason Samuel Tucker married to Julia A  Delancy in 1844 and their daughter Marietta born in 1845 in Oswego. I am unable to find out anymore as the film can not be rented out and the submitter is unknown????  I do point out that Julia's last name is Delaney to our knowledge.  Her parents were James & Mary Delaney.

I have 56 pages of copies of Julia's Widow's Claim of Pension as Samuel died in 1870 as a result of wounds received in the Civil War. It took Julia 15 1/2 years to get the pension.  In these papers it tells of her marriage to Samuel on May 7 1844 in Parishville, St. Lawrence Co., NY. by an Elder Brown, a Methodist Pastor. Maryetta, their first born, was born in Oswego which is where they moved to after they were married.  Further information is:
From Juneau County Genealogy Obituary Scrapbook #4 page 84.

Julia A. Delaney was born at Paris, France March 7, 1826, and removed with her parents when about two years old to America, and resided first at Syracuse, NY, and afterwards at Stockholm in the same state.  On May 7, 1844, she was married to Mr. Samuel Mason Tucker, and with him went to reside at Oswego, where their eldest child Maryetta was born.
I wonder if Elder Brown the Methodist Pastor was from Oswego, Oswego Co., NY and he traveled to different towns to marry couples, do baptisms and teach religion.  I understand they were circuit riders???  Would there be Methodist records or his records anywhere in Oswego from the 1840's or early 1800's?  I'm am quite curious as to where the records in the familysearch.org came from.   Any suggestions?

I have submitted The Tucker information I have to the Rootsweb Juneau Co. site.
Hope this interests you.
