in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and forty five between
Jacob Miller and Eve his wife of the town of Parish County of Oswego
and State of New
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Said lot thence running north twenty one degrees forty five minutes East along The West border of said lot nineteen chains and twenty links to a stake ninety links North by East from a beach occurred therice Easterly to the Southwest corner Of thirty acres of Land heretofore sold to Bennet Peck thence south sixty nine degrees East along the South border of said thirty acres twenty chains Eighty three links to the East line of said lot a stake two links from a small hemlock caused Thrice south twenty one degrees forty five minutes West along the East Boundry thereof nineteen chains thirty eight links to the South East corner there of thrice xxth sixty eight degrees fifty minutes West along the South boundary thereof of thirty four chains Eighty four links to the place of beginning containing sixty four acres and two tenths of an acre the same more or less and that part of lot number Seventy two is described As follows (Viz): Being one acre and Ninety Eight hundredths an
acre to be laid off from the south end of said lot number seventy two by
a line Parallel with with the chalk line of said lot and which said two
parcels of land together containing sixty six acres and eighteen
hundredths the same more or less together with all and Scugalas the rights
numbers and privileges to the same belonging or in any xxxx apporlaming(?)
and the xxxxxxxion and xxxxions remainder and acxxxxxnce xxx issues and
profits thereof and all the estate rights title interest property possession
claim and xxxxxxx a both in law and Equity of the said parties of
the first part of in and to the same to have and to hold the said tract
of land and premises which the appearances unto the said to the said parties
of the second part heirs and assigns to their and their any mopes use benefit
and be hoop fxxxx and the said parties of the first part doth for themselves
