Last Will
of
Margaret Bough
In the name of God, Amen, I, Margaret
Bough of the Town of Scriba, County of Oswego and State of New York, aged
about 50 years, being of sound mind and memory, do make, ordain, publish
and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, in manner and form following,
that is to say: First, After all my lawful debts are paid and discharged,
I give, bequeath and devise to my nephew Thomas Nicholas Devine of Oswego,
N.Y., all the property of whatever name and nature, both real, personal,
and mixed, wherever situate of which I shall _____ seized or possessed.
Likewise, I make, constitute and appoint said Thomas Nicholas Devine of
Oswego, N.Y. to be sole executor of this my last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking all former Wills by me made Witness Whereof. I have hereunto
subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the seventeenth day of August,
in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred. Margaret

We, whose names are hereto subscribed,
do certify that Margaret Bough, the testator subscribed her name to this
instrument in our presence, and in the presence of each of us, and at the
same time, she declared in our presence and hearing that same was her last
Will and Testament, and requested us, each of us, to sign our names thereto
as witnesses to the execution thereof, which we hereby do in the presence
of the testator and of each other, this seventeenth day of August 1900,
the day of the date of the said Will, and write opposite our names our
respective places of residence.

State of New York, County of Oswego, Surrogate’s
Office, ss. I, Sheldon B. Mead, Surrogate of the County of Oswego,
New York, do hereby certify that the annexed instrument is a copy of the
last will and testament of Margaret Bough, late of the City of Oswego,
in said County of Oswego, deceased, which said last will and testament
was by an order and decree of the Surrogate Court of the said County of
Oswego, bearing date the 16th day of June 1902, admitted to probate and
record in said Court as a will valid to pass both real and personal estate,
that I have compared said copy with the record of said last will and testament
and the attestation clause thereon, now remaining in my office, and that
the same is a true transcript therefrom and of the whole of such original
record. In Testimony Whereof, We have caused the seal of the Surrogate’s
Court of the County of Oswego to be hereunto affixed. Witness Sheldon
B. Mead, Surrogate of our said County of Oswego, at the City of Oswego,
in the said County the 16th day of June A.D., 1902
