one half of the east one half of No. 70 in east third of the town of Albion,
Oswego Co., NY. Deeded by Lucian C. CARR and Mary CARR, his wife
both of Williamstown to Sada ALLEN of Albion on the 12th day of January,
1907 supposed to contain 28 acres of land, more or less.
Second tract: all
that part of lot no. 69 in the east third of the town of Albion, lying
and being on the easterly side of a stream of water flowing from the town
of Albion into the town of parish, upon which stream there was formerly
located a saw mill, same being known as the Irish mill and farther this
last described piece of land lies immediately west and adjoins the piece
of land first described in this deed.This last described piece of land
contains 25 acres more or less.

of Oswego, Town of Parish. SS. William H. ALLEN of the Town of Parish,
Oswego County, N.Y. being duly sworn, deposes and says: I am the widowed
husband of the late Sada ALLEN, who died on the 4th day of January 1908
in the Town of Albion, Oswego County, NY. that to my own personal
knowledge, Hazel B. ALLEN of Parish, Oswego County, NY is the only child
of the said Sada ALLEN, that survived infancy: that the said Hazel B. ALLEN,
who has recently joined with me in deeding certain real property, situate
in the Town of Albion, Ny to willard C. RICHARDS, is of legal age over
twenty one years) and had a legal right to join with me in the sale of
the above referred to real property.
