The Town of Lysander was a
township in the Military Tract, and it was one of the original 11 towns
when Onondaga County was formed in 1794. It is located in the
northwest corner of Onondaga
County. Oswego County is due north; to the west is Cayuga
County. Seneca
River forms the town's south and east boundaries.
