The Museum at the Shacksboro Schoolhouse is administered by McHarrie's Legacy, Inc., a historic preservation organization established in 1978. It is located in a restored 19th century country schoolhouse in the Village of Baldwinsville. The Museum houses special exhibitions and remarkable period photographs specific to the greater Baldwinsville area, including the Towns of Lysander and Van Buren. Local artifacts and historically significant items are also on display. Driving and walking tours are available. Various items are for sale at the Museum's gift shop.
