Family is looking for Frederick R. NEWMAN born in England, married Maude Isabelle Newman(Eve)in 1905 in England, had Fredrick and Maude(Stokely, twins, in 1905 in England then moved to Canada had John 1908 and Edith(Kraus)1910 moved to Niagra Falls, New York had George 1914. I am researching my 5th Great-grandfather BABER NICHOLS who lived in Lockport from 1850 until his death on Jan. 14,1885 and he is buried in the Cold Spring Cemetery He was a veteran of the War of 1812 and served with the N.Y. Militia. He was born in 1775 in Coventry RI. Interested in finding a copy of his obituary and making contact with family members that may still be in Lockport area. Seeking to contact Charles NORTON, aka Chuck NORTON, a native of Niagara Falls, NY, where he worked as a structural engineer. Ca 1940 Norton joined the Army? Airforce and served in the Italian Campaign, winning a medal for exemplary performance.
