real estate business in Mich., 1855 - 66; in the latter year, returned to
Amherst; Treas. mass. Agricultral College, resigned 1879; was auditor of
accounts of the treasurer of Amherst college, 1870 - 84; was for seven years
clerk of Hamphsire East, conference of churches.
