ONEIDA - Rosemary L. VanVorst, 62, of 235 Lexington Ave., died Saturday 
evening, Dec. 25, 1999 in St. Elizabeth Hospital in Utica, following a short 
illness. 
 
She was born on July 4, 1937 in Waterloo, to the late William and Thelma 
Moses VanGelder. Mrs. VanVorst married Kenneth VanVorst on Nov. 23, 1963 in 
Vernon. 
 
She was a devoted wife, loving mother and proud grandmother. 
 
Surviving are her husband, Kenneth at home; two daughters and their husbands, 
Tina and Eric Dillman and Brenda and Don Green of Clockville and Oneida 
Castle; two sons, Kenneth R. VanVorst Jr. and William C. VanVorst of Oneida; 
two brothers, Mr. and Mrs. Charles VanGelder and Mr. and Mrs. Lester 
VanGelder, both of Waterloo, N.Y.; eight grandchildren, Kenneth III, Aaron, 
Jessica, Alyssa, Alysha, Tiffani, William Jr. and Kiaya and several nieces 
and nephews. She was predeceased by four brothers, Frank, Robert, William 
Jr. and Willis and one sister, Beverley VanGelder. (See Death Notice.)
