  Leonard Davis Sr., 64, of 309 Farrier Ave., died Tuesday morning, Aug. 24, 1999, in the Oneida 
Healthcare Center, where he had been a patient for the past eight days.

  He was born on March 12, 1935, in Arcadia, La., the son of Clyde and Louise Davis. He was a resident of 
Oneida for the past 26 years, moving from Milwaukee, and was a graduate of Reuben McCall High School in 
Tallulah, La. 

  Prior to his retirement, Mr. Davis was employed with Smith-Lee Company, Inc. of Oneida and was of the 
Baptist faith. 

  Surviving are two sons, Leonard Davis Jr. of Milwaukee and Gregory Davis of California; and four 
daughters, Janet Davis, Jeanine Davis, Jada Matthew and Jennifer Davis, all of Milwaukee. A son, Gerald 
Davis died in 1998.
