          Jessie Fremont Ingalls 
 
  Miss Jessie Fremont Ingalls a former resident of Wampsville died last week
at the home of her sister, Mrs. H. J. Hitchcock of Lee Centre with whom she 
had made her home for the past fifteen years, Death was caused by fibroid 
phthsis or consumption of the fibers from which she had suffered for some 
time. Mrs. Ingalls conducted a millinery establishment at Lee Centre. She had
an extensive trade and just before her death had purchased a building for her
business. She had a lovable disposition and fine character and her death is 
mourned by many friends. Thhe funeral was held at the home of her sister, at 
9 a. m. Monday, Rev. George Dermott officiating. The bearers were Phineas D. 
Ingalls, Willis D. Ingalls, S. Stuart Ingalls, and G. E. Hollenbeck, all 
relatives of the deceased. Interment was made in the cemetery at Wampsville, 
the former home of the deceased.
