    Irving J. Buyea Dead 
 
 Irving J. Buyea, prominent Clockville farmer died at his home in that 
village Monday afternoon. He was born in 1844 in the old town of Lenox, son 
of Adam and Catherine Buyea. In 1886 he married Miss Elizabeth Moon of 
Fenner, who died some years ago. He was a sucessful farmer, a man of 
integrity and held in high esteem by all. A few years ago he retired and 
moved into Clockville. He was a member of Clockville Lodge I. O. O . F. 
Surviving are two sons, Earl M. and Addie Buyea of Oneida. The funeral was 
held Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from the M. E. church. Rev. Walter S. 
Lyon of Sherill officiating. Burial was made in the Clockville Cemetery.
