Irma E. Snell 
 
 Irma E. Greer Snell, 82, of Snell Rd, Munnsville 
died Monday at Community Memorial Hospital. 
 Born in Confluence, Pa., she lived in Munnsville 
area all her life. She worked on her family's 
farm for more than 40 years. She was a member 
of St. Therese Church, the Epistolic Life of St. 
Therese Church and Munnsville Rebekah Lodge. 
 Her husband, Frederick "Ted" died in 1977. Two 
daughters died earlier, Evelyn Frost in 1998, and 
Dorothy Kenyon in 1991. 
 Survivors: Four daughters, Kathleen Hewitt of 
Verona, Karen Curtis of Oneida, and Ora "Buzzy" 
Southworth and Ozella "Bunny" Snell, both of 
Munnsville; a son Frederick Joseph of Munnsville; 
a sister Margaret Dougherty of Oriskany Falls, a 
brother Harold "Dutch" Greer of Sherrill; 28 grand- 
children; many great grandchildren and g-g-grandchildren. 
Services: 10 am Saturday in St. Therese Church, 
Munnsville. Burial, Stockbridge Cemetery, Munnsville. 
Calling hours, 5 to 9 pm Friday at Ball Funeral Home.
