  Freda E. Albring, 82, formerly of 400 Lamb Ave., died Friday, Jan. 14, 
2000, at Rome Memorial Hospital, following a lengthy illness. 
  She was born on Jan. 15, 1917, in Camillus, the daughter of Cornelis and 
Margaret May Ingraham Wilkinson. 
  Freda spent most of her life in Auburn, moving to Canastota in 1966. She 
had resided at Stonehedge Nursing Home, Rome, for the past year. 
  She had worked at Diemolding Corp. in Canastota, and had previously worked 
at Auburn Button Works, retiring in 1982. 
  Freda was of the Methodist Faith. 
  She married Albert Albring on Aug. 9, 1948, in Auburn. Albert died in 1958. 
  Surviving are several nieces and nephews. Freda was predeceased by four 
brothers, Clarence Wilkinson, Harvey Wilkinson, Harry Wilkinson and Clifton 
Wilkinson; one sister, Shirley Abbott.
