  Doris L. Sabine, 69, of Lebanon Road, died Tuesday, Nov. 23, 1999, at her 
home. 
  She was born on April 29, 1930, in Lowell, the daughter of Maurice Higby 
and attended Hamilton Central Schools. 
  On May 19, 1961, in Great Bend, Pa., she married Lester W. Sabine. 
  Mrs. Sabine, was employed by SUNY-Morrisville and also Colgate University, 
and from 1978 to 1984 had lived in Florida, where she had worked for Davis 
Brothers Restaurant. 
  She attended Randallsville Baptist Church. 
  Surviving are her husband, Leater; her children, Dianne and Bill Curtis of 
Bartow, Fla., John Lewis and Ron Sabine, both of Morrisville; 12 grandchildren; 
and seven great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by two sons, 
Jack F. Lewis Jr. and Jack Allen Lewis.
