  Charles E. Adams 
 
  Charles E. Adams, 66, formerly of Chittenango, NY., died Oct. 3, 1999, in 
Deerfield Beach. 
  Mr. Adams was born Sept. 30, 1933, in Syracuse, N.Y., the son of John and 
Helen Sink Adams. 
  He was a long-time resident of Chittenango before moving to Florida 10 
years ago. 
  He was a Heavy Equipment Operator for many years with the E. J. Button 
Company in Chittenango and was later employed for several years as a truck 
driver for the Bekins Co. 
  Mr. Adams was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean War and was a member of the
William Cain American Legion Post 1287 in Chittenango. 
  He was a past member of the Oneida Moose Club and a member and past 
president of the Orioles Nest No. 258 in Pompano Beach. 
  Surviving are two daughters, Cherly Micholofki of Boca Raton Fla., and 
Shelly Adams of Syracuse; two sons, Ronald Adams of Pompano Beach and Mark 
Adams of Anchorage, Alaska; two brothers, John of Puerto Rico and James of 
Pompano Beach; two sisters, Sally Palombi of Statesville, N.C. and Barbara 
Dunn of Oneida,  N.Y. eight grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
