  Alice L. Boswell 
 
  Alice L. Boswell, 63, of 8253 Lakeport Road, died Friday, Oct. 1, 1999 at 
University Hospital, Syracuse, following a short illness. 
  She was born on Feb. 22, 1936, in Canastota, the daughter of Martin and 
Elizabeth Cox Bennett. 
  Mrs. Boswell spent her early years in Canastota and was a 1954 graduate of 
Canastota High School. She had later lived in Ft. Wayne, Ind., Durhamville, 
Chittenango, and Kirkville, befor moving to her present address seven years 
ago. 
  She married Carl T.Boswell on Aug. 20, 1955 in Canastota. 
  Mrs. Boswell had been a very active member of the Community Weslean Church 
for many years. 
  Surviving are her husband; six sons and daughters-in-law, Martin and Kathy 
Boswell of Kirkville. Scott and Diane Boswell of Cazenovia, Mark and Eva 
Boswell and James and Erma Boswell, all of Chittenango, John and Kelly 
Boswell and Stephen and JoAnn Boswell all of Canastota, her mother, 
Elizabeth Bennett of Oneida; one brother, Charles Bennett of Canastota; 12 
grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
