Mrs. Angeline Cole
Died in Hospital
Mrs. Angeline Deitz Cole, 77, died in the Oneida City hospital
Wednesday. She was the widow of the late Zelous Cole, former gate
tender here at the Peterboro St. crossing and later station agent
at Sullivan. She was born in the town of Sullivan and lived her
entire life in this section.
She is survived by three sisters Mrs. Clinton Cox, Mrs. Benjamin
Taber, Mrs. T. J. Robinson of Charleston, W. Va., one brother Edgar
Deitz and several nieces and nephews. She was a member of the local
Methodist church. Funeral services will be conducted from her late
home, 217 Lewis St. Sunday at 2 P. M. with Rev. Charles L. Hess
pastor of the Methodist church officiating. Burial will be in Lenox
Rural Cemetery.
[Facts: 1865-1942 She was known as "Lina" and her husband was
Zelotus (misspelled in obituary) She was the daughter of John Joseph
