All that  certain lot of land situated in Durham aforesaid and bounded and described as follows:   

Viz. Northerly and Easterly by land owned by Sherwood R. Johnson, Southerly by the highway running from Horace Kirtland’s past Horace Strongs and Westerly by the highway running from said first highway to Fletcher Smiths.  Containing about two acres of land more or less and being a lot fenced in, upon which the dwelling house stands formally owned by Freeman Hull, said land lies between the other lands of Sherwood R. Johnson and the lot being the same is now fenced.
