We do hereby certify that on the 24th day of June 1834 agreeable to notice as directed by the Statute in such case made and provided in the Revised Statutes of the State of New York  Vol. 3 paged 294  section 3  the inhabitants of the Village of Osbornville and vicinity in the town of Windham and county of Greene met at their session room in Osbornville for the purpose of forming a religious Society – when Consider Camp was appointed moderator and Henry Osborn Clerk,  “both being Elders of the church at Osbornville”  when the following resolutions were unanimously  adopted.

1st Resolved   that Abijah Stone, Clark Finch & William L. Robinson serve as trustees of said Society until others are elected in their places and that they and the successors be forever known and distinguished as “trustees of the Centre Presbyterian Society of Windham”

2nd Resolved  that this society be called and Known by the name of the Centre Presbyterian Society of Windham.

3rd Resolved  that the Society hold its annual meeting on the first Monday in January in Each year till otherwise changed.
