Deacons of the Reformed Protestant Dutch Church at the town of New Baltimore in
said countyelected according
to the rules & usages of the Reformed Protestant Dutch Church within this
state being by the second section of the act of the Legislature of this state
entitled “ an act to provide for the Incorporation of religious Societies
passed April 5th 1815” declared to be the Trustees of said church
having in due manner appear together for the purpose do hereby in virtue of the
power in us by said act virtue certify and declare that we have become a body
corporate & that we & our successors forever as a body corporate by
virtue of said act shall be Known & distinguished by the name or title of The
Reformed Protestant Dutch Church of The town on New Baltimore.
In witness
whereof We the said Minister & Elders & Deacons have executed the
certificate under our hands & seals this 15th day of October In
the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred & sixty one.
