To all to whom it may concern This Certifies that a meeting of the Male Members of the Lutheran Evangelical  Church  & congregation which shall hereafter be known by the name of the Jacksonville First Evangelical Lutheran Church in the town of Coxsackie  County of Greene  State of New York was held in the District School house No. 8 in the said town of Coxsackie March 7th 1857  Legal notice having  been given full Fifteen days prior to the above date for the purpose of electing Trustees at which Meeting Jehoiakim Collyer & John N. Cornwall Were unanimously appointed presiding officers of the election of said Trustees whereupon said election was then and there held  & Richard Cooke, Daniel Van Hoesen, & John N. Cornwell, were unanimously elected Trustees of said church, In witness whereof we the said presiding officers have hereunto written our names and affixed our seals this first day of March 1858

Greene County           } ss  On this 9th day of March 1858 before me personally came J Whitman subscribing witness to the above instrument to me known  who being by me duly sworn deposes ___ that he resides in the town of Coxsackie in same County  that he knew Jehoiakim Collyer & John N. Cornwall the individuals mentioned in & who executed the above instrument that he was present & says they severally sign & seal the same & ___ then acknowledged act would give the execution thereof witness ____
