We the undersigners having been duly nominated by a majority of the Hunter East Kill Wesleyan Chapel society to preside at an election for five Trustees to manage the concerns of said society.  Do hereby Certify that we did preside at said Election which was held at the house of Matthew Winter in the town of Hunter county of Greene and State of New York  on the thirteenth day of April in the years of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty two (which said Election had been duly notified according to law)  and that at said Election, Mathew Winter, Lemuel Woodworth, Henry Fairchild, Edward Fairchild, and Abner Woodworth were duly Elected Trustees of said society by a plurality of votes given at said election and that said Trustees and their successors in office are to be known at all times hereafter by the name of the Trustees of the Hunter East Kill Wesleyan Chapel Society”
