it may concernThis certifies that
a meeting of the Male Members of the Methodist Episcopal Church (&
congregation)which shall here
after be known by the name of High Hill Methodist Episcopal Church in the town
of CoxsackieGreene County N Ywas held at the District school house no 13 in the town of Coxsackie
aforesaid March 17, 1852 at 6 Oclock P M legal notice having been given full
fifteen days prior to the above date for the purpose of electing five trustees.At which meeting Moses Mead & Hiram Brownwell were unanimously
appointed presiding officers of the election for said trusteesWhereupon said election was then & there held & thereat Moses Weeks,
Moses Mead, Rulandus Smith, John Brace Vosburgh & Hiram Brownell were
unanimously elected Trustees for said churchWitnessour hands &
