To all whom it may concern  This certifies that a meeting of the Male Members of the Methodist Episcopal Church (& congregation)  which shall here after be known by the name of High Hill Methodist Episcopal Church in the town of Coxsackie  Greene County N Y  was held at the District school house no 13 in the town of Coxsackie aforesaid March 17, 1852 at 6 Oclock P M legal notice having been given full fifteen days prior to the above date for the purpose of electing five trustees.  At which meeting Moses Mead & Hiram Brownwell were unanimously appointed presiding officers of the election for said trustees  Whereupon said election was then & there held & thereat Moses Weeks, Moses Mead, Rulandus Smith, John Brace Vosburgh & Hiram Brownell were unanimously elected Trustees for said church  Witness our hands & Seals  This 17th day of March 1852
