To all whom it may concern this is to Certify that at a Meeting of a number of the inhabitants of the town of Greenville in the County of Greene & State of New York legally warned And held at the District School house No. 9 in Said town on the 8th day of February 1825.  It was unanimously Resolved and agreed to organize ____ themselves into a Religious Church or Society by the name of ____  Methodist Episcopal Asbury Church of the town of Greenville, and that the board of trustees for the transaction & business of said Society shall consist of five . Whereupon we the undersigned Joel Squire and Alexander Calder were appointed by said meeting as inspectors of the Election of said Trustees ____ of the qualification of Election of said Trustees Judges of the qualifications of Electors and ______ of the votes.  And when the Votes were taken and the votes counted we found that Alexander Calder, John L. Reymond, Benjamin Morehouse, Thomas I. Smith, and Benjamin McCabe were duly elected by a plurality of votes as trustees of said Corporation as the law directs. In witness whereof  we have hereto set our hands and seals this 8th day of February 1825
