We the subscribers appointed receivers of the vote of the election of five trustees of the Centreville Presbyterian Society at a meeting convened for the purpose in the town of Durham on the 26^th day of November 1832, do certify that William Avery, Henry Clark, Ichabod Olmstead, Thomas Field and Stephen Reune were duly sworn trustees of said society.    Dated Durham  November 26^th 1832

                                 On the 18^th day of June in the year of our Lord 1833 before me Perkins King a Judge of the county courts in and for said county, John W. Taylor and William Avery whom I know to be the person who executed the above instrument severally acknowledged that they executed the same.
