I, NATHAN CLARK, of Athens in the county of Greene do hereby certify that a certain indenture of mortgage bearing date, the tenth day of January one thousand eight hundred and thirty nine made and executed by BENJAMIN BRIGGS and EUNICE his wife paid and recorded in the office of the clerk of the county of Greene in Book P of mortgages, page 108.104 on the eleventh day of January in the year one thousand eight hundred thirty nine at twelve o’clock at noon is paid. And I do hereby consent that this same be discharged of record. Dated the second day of December 1850.
