Last Will and Testament of Albert Van Loon, Jr.

In the name of God amen I Albert Van Loon Junior of the town of Coxsackie County of Greene & State of New York being weak in body but of sound & perfect mind and memory blessed be Almighty God for the same do make & publish this my last will & testament in manner & form following (that is to say)

First I give to my beloved wife Mary Van Loon full possession of all my estate both real & personal during, her natural life and remains my widow except one bay mare which I give & bequeath to my eldest son John Van Loon, and one brown mare & two colts of a year old which I give & bequeath which I give and bequeath [repeated in original, not a typo] unto my two younger sons Evert Van Loon & Abraham Van Loon between them, & after her decease the real estate to be divided between my four sons John Van Loon, Jacob Van Loon, Evert Van Loon & Abraham Van Loon share & share alike and to their heirs and assigns forever and also that the said John Van Loon, Jacob Van Loon, Evert Van Loon & Abraham Van Loon shall at the time when the said Abraham Van Loon then comes to be twenty one years of age, each of them pay twenty five dollars to my daughter Caty wife of Garret Clow and Alshea my younger daughter that is to say each of them fifty dollars. And lastly all my personal Estate Goods & Chattels of what kind or nature soever  to be divided between the whole of my childrens after the death of my widow whom I hereby appoint sole executrix, John Van Loon my eldest son and Jacob Van Loon Executors of this my last will & testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made, In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal the sixteenth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred & five.

Signed, sealed, published and declared by the above named Albert Van Loon Junr. To be his last will & testament, in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses in the presence of the testator
