Hammond Graveyard HAMMOND GRAVEYARD (SC-4) Town of Schuyler Falls, Clinton County, New York This cemetery has two graves and is located on the south side of Broadwell Road. The first burial was in 1851 and the last in 1887. Copied on June 2, 1946 by CWMcL. Transcribed by M. M.
