    Twaddle, John: 19 years old. Enlisted on May 3rd, 1861, at New York City, New York, for two years service; mustered into service as a Private in Company H on May 4th, 1861; wounded in action on September 17th, 1862, at Sharpsburg, Maryland (According to Graham’s History); mustered out of service with the Company on May 20th, 1863, at New York City, New York.

    Walan (Whalan), John: 28 years old. Enlisted and is mustered into service as a Private in Company G on August 12th, 1861, at New York City, New York, for two years service; transferred to Company H on September 26th, 1861; drowned on August 13th, 1862, when he fell from the transport “West Point” near Aquia Creek, Virginia.

    Wallace, John: 21 years old. Enlisted and is mustered into service as a Private in Company H on August 29th, 1861, at New York City, New York, for two years service; wounded in action on September 17th, 1862, at Sharpsburg, Maryland (According to Graham’s History); discharged due to disability on December 11th, 1862, at Baltimore, Maryland.

    Wallace, Thomas: 20 years old. Enlisted on May 3rd, 1861, at New York City, New York, for two years service; mustered into service as a Private in Company H on May 4th, 1861; mustered out of service with the Company on May 20th, 1863, at New York City, New York.

    Waterberry, Charles E.: 19 years old. Enlisted and is mustered into service as a Private in Company H of the 9th New York Volunteer Infantry Regiment on September 3rd, 1861, at New York City, New York, for two years service; transferred to Company K of the 3rd New York Volunteer Infantry Regiment on May 6th, 1863; discharged on May 14th, 1863.

    West, Theodore (F.): Enlisted and is mustered into service as a Private in Company H on May 15th, 1861, at Riker’s Island, New York, for two years service; transferred to Company F on May 25th, 1861; mustered out of service with the Company on May 20th, 1863, at New York City, New York.

    White, Samuel: 20 years old. Enlisted on October 6th, 1862, at New York City, New York, for three years service; mustered into service as a Private in Company H on October 8th, 1862; deserted on November 30th, 1862, from Falmouth Station, Virginia.

    Wood, William H.: 21 years old. Enlisted and is mustered into service as a Private in Company H on July 31st, 1861, at New York City, New York, for two years service; discharged due to disability on December 27th, 1861, at Fortress Monroe, Virginia. [Died on February 2nd, 1862; buried at the Hampton National Cemetery in Hampton, Virginia.]

    Weinman (Wyman), Charles Frederick: 18 years old. Enlisted on May 3rd, 1861, at New York City, New York, for two years service; mustered into service as a Private in Company H on May 4th, 1861; mustered out of service with the Company on May 20th, 1863, at New York City, New York. [Born on May 4th, 1844, in Reutlingen, Wuerttemberg, Germany; died on April 3rd, 1879, at New York City, New York.]
