Robinson Beverly (1821~1831- )
[One might comment that Beverly Robinson was the name of two famous soldiers in the American Revolution. Colonel Beverly Robinson was the commandant of the Loyal American Regiment and although he went to England after the war all Robinsons found in this list are probably descendants of his. His son Lieutenant Colonel Beverly Robinson served from the beginning of the revolution and was still in the British army in New Brunswick in the 1790s. Four other Robinsons, sons of Beverly, Morris, John, Robert and Thomas also served during the revolution and all came to the maritimes in 1783 during the evacuation of New York. - JD] - male (1841~1851- ) census 1851: age under 10 - male (1841~1851- ) census 1851: age under 10 |
