          census 1851: [I'm not sure what this entry means.  It could be that Clarmont was just beginning to be settled.  They could be potato famine refugees from Ireland.  Stories abounded on the mountain about the hostilities beween the Irish and the more established families, maybe the enumerator didn't dare to enter the district to gather the information.  No names are given for these people.  Four of these people are married but which four is not identified - JD]
