BURTON, Frances
Eileen - 76, Latties Brook, died January 3, 1996, in
Colchester Regional Hospital, Truro. Born in Georgefield, she
was a daughter of the late Maynard and Blanche (Miller) Ettinger.
She lived most of her life at Latties Brook and was a member of
St. John the Baptist Anglican Church. Surviving are her husband,
Joe; brother, Edgar; many nieces and nephews. She was
predeceased by son, Gerald James; sisters, Helen, Pearle,
Bessie, Lillian. No visitation by request. Funeral 2 p.m. Friday
in St. John the Baptist Anglican Church, Latties Brook, Rev.
William Harrington officiating. Burial in church cemetery. In
lieu of flowers, donations to St. John the Baptist Anglican
Church or cemetery, or Colchester Regional Hospital.

Schubenacadie.

WILCOX, Willard
Edmund - 65, Pembroke, Hants Co., formerly of Hantsport,
died January 24, 1996, in Pembroke. Born in Pembroke, he was a
son of the late Emery and Elsie (Lantz) Wilcox. He was formerly
employed at Fundy Gypsum Co., Hantsport and was an avid hunter
and fisherman. Surviving are his wife, the former Brenda Horne;
sons, Paul, Coldbrook; Eric, Sackville; brothers, Gerald,
Hantsport; Avard, Basil, Pembroke; sister, Lorna, Grand Manan,
N.B.; two grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. He was
predeceased by brother, Stanley. Visitation 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today,
funeral 2 p.m. Saturday, both in J. Wilson Allen Funeral Home,
Summerville, Hants Co., Rev. Russel Newhook officiating.
Cremation to follow. Burial at a later date. Family flowers
only. Donations to Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia or
Multiple Sclerosis Society.
