Edward JONES born 1823 Unknown married 1849 in Nanticoke, PA to Annie Maria ROSS born 1820 died 1886 (daughter of Alexander ROSS) --Edwards Parents were in Halifax in 1850-- Highly suspect he is related to Charles and Eliza JONES, son of Josiah JONES. (Lydia TREADWAY tree)but can not make the link. Family history says we are related to that tree as paperwork passed down through the family. All signs point to Digby. Sure could use some help here!! Looking for obituary for a Henry DOUCETTE born January 7 1892 born in New Edinburgh Digby Co and died in same area as far as we are led to believe around late 1970's. His children were Anna MACISAAC, Verna,Hilda and wife was Irene AMIRAULT. If anyone can help me I would greatly be thankful. Thanks

I am looking for information on the children of Francis FOSTER, son of Robert, and Maria ROLEY, daughter of George. They married in Saint John in 1870 and moved to Marshalltown and lived with his father for a time. Children were Hannah, George K., Emily, Leonard Frank, James William, Hanford, Boyd and Joseph (born from 1872 to 1889). I have traced them as far as the Marshalltown 1901 census but the girls were gone by then.

I'm looking for information on Reginald J. DOUCETTE and Mary Jane DOUCETTE (born Mary Jane THIBAULT), who was Reginald's wife. Mary Jane would be about 80 today if she is still alive. Reginald was born in Ashmore, Nova Scotia and lived at one point in the 50s in Barton, Digby County, working as a laborer. Mary Jane worked in the 50s as a waitress and maid. Abram, Lewis, son of Abraham LEWIS lived in the Weymouh area of Nova Scotia ca of 1800-1900 Census for 1871 & 1881 has him listed, with a woman named Grace?? Abram in 1871 was 64 yrs. old. He is not listed in the 1891 census. Research on this family indicates that many of his brother, Solomon's family, were buried in the Southville Cemetery,yet others may have been buried in one named Havalock. Abram's daughter is my husband's GrGrandmother. MML
