WILLIAM HARPER died at Sackville on 26th. Mr. HARPER was 86 yrs. His wife died about 2 yrs ago. One son survives him, WILLIAM, now of Boston.

The death occurred at his home Tuesday. THOMPSON OXLEY a well to do and highly respected resident. He leaves a widow, 2 daughters, ETHEL and BESSIE and 2 sons, GEORGE and GARNET. Mr. OXLEY lived at River Phillip and was 68 yrs of age.

Invitations are out for the marriage of MARION ETHEL, dau of HON & MRS. A. G. BLAIR to C. PERCY CLARK of St. John on April 2nd at Ottawa, Ontario.
