The Parrsboro area is not part of Cumberland County in 1794.** In 1792 there was a Change of Place Name for the Community known as "The Rivers - Elizian Fields , McCan & Nappan etc. " to "Rivers McCan & Hebert ~1792". After 1792 the names "The Rivers - Elizian Fields, Mc Can and Nappan etc." are no longer are listed as a Town community in the Court Of Sessions (Quarter Sessions) documents.
