The society is organized exclusively for charitable, educational and scientific purposes as outlined in Section 501 (C) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954.  SCGS meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month of the year except June ,July, and August at the T or C Library, at 325 Library Lane., Truth or Consequences, NM 87901. Meetings start at 2:00 pm.
