At NM exit 162 on Interstate 10 go east on NM 404 (East Ohara Road). Follow the road to the end marked with a flashing traffic signal. Turn left go approximately 1/4 mile to Lisa Drive. This is the first street you come to. Turn right go approximately 1.6 mile.  At De Lara Estates Road, turn right and continue for approximately 1 mile, turning onto Ruby Road where you will drive (narrow dirt road) less than a mile, till you see the cemetery on the right hand side of the road.  This is a family cemetery.  This family owned cemetery is still owned by the Stotts family and the family takes care of it. This is in a rural area, on land owned by Bill Stotts.  The Stotts and Tompkins were one of the first families to move to this area in Chaparral. Ruby Tompkins was the first to be buried there on 13 Jan 1953.
