Ashcraft graduated from Jefferson Medical College in 1855; joined the county society the same year; first settled in Auburn, formerly Sculltown, Salem Co., but soon removed to Mullica Hill, Gloucester Co., where he has resided ever since, and is a very sensible, judicious. self-reliant, and no better man living to meet in consultation.
