Hunterdon County Query

Surname: PICKLE
Henry Henrich PICKLE (b. March 24, 1771, m. Catherine Bradley ) named his half-brother Abraham PICKLE (b. Sept. 9, 1759) as guardian of his children. He died in 1799 leaving four children : Elizabeth, Matthias, George and Mary Ann. I believe there was another child perhaps born in 1795. Would the 1800 census show children in Abraham's house? He supposedly had only one child of his own. Henry Henrich PICKLE was the son of Baltis PICKLE and Anna GERHART. The documents show that the guardianship was transacted in Hunterdon County (Readington). My search is for my 3 gr gf - Henry H. PICKLE's father. I have reason to suspect that Henry H. PICKLE may have been one of the children. orphaned by Henry Henrich PICKLE's death. Any clue will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
