Publicity Committee: Web Site is updated to the present. It features Lori Bearden's cemetery pictures and the latest news of our society. Terry strongly suggests that we log into the e-mail so that he has all of our e-mail addresses. Bob Christine presented everyone with an index card to confirm their name and address. Patty Ward suggested we add to the site that Winslow Township has a welcome package for all newcomers moving into the township. Terry was given our refreshment list to also add to the web site. A monthly newsletter will be e-mailed to all members and will feature the highlights of each meeting. All information should be submitted before the 3rd  Monday of each month. The minutes of each meeting will be e-mailed to all members.

Old Business: Tony LoSasso handed out a sample of the flyer they will use to advertise our Halloween event. A motion was made by Carol Duble and seconded by Linda Iwaniw to donate 10% of the net to the Winslow Methodist Church. Tony is contacting the drama coach at Winslow High School in hopes of getting students to help with our presentation. Lillian Priestly volunteered to have the tickets printed. The cost is $5.00 per adult, children 4-12 $3.00 and children under 3 - free.
The annual Xmas party will be 12/13/2OO4. September will be a grandparent's presentation and will be held September 13, 2O04 due to the labor day weekend. October will feature our Halloween event; November Bob Christine will host a veteran's day presentation.
Monica Duble found out how we can obtain the monopoly game and will follow through.

Tree Committee: Chris Kelly, Don Kelly and Pete Douvres are the committee. Their goal is to obtain funding to preserve the tree. They will take a look at the master plan in hopes that it has something in it to fund the preservation of old trees. Chris will prepare a message to add to the web site and is setting up an "Adopt a Tree" mailing list.

New Business: Linda Iwaniw advised the club of a web site "ask.com" that will answer just about any question you may have. Art Croft requested information of a Mario Presti who worked on the railroad in the early 19OO's. Mr. Presti lived in Winslow Township. Chris Kelly had brought in a calender from Laurel Springs exhibiting each month with an historic picture. Linda suggested we could find a sponsor to fund the costs of the preparation of the calender and we could sell is as a fundraiser. A picture was shown of the original Blue Anchor Tavern, which we may use as our logo for the web site.
Patty Ward made the Motion to adjourn the meeting at 9:30pm and Terry Iwaniw seconded the motion.
Lillian Priestly served a delicious peach cobbler and blueberry cake, which was enjoyed by all. Especially since they were fresh picked fruits. Thank you Lillian.
