Son: James 10 acres of Cedar Swamp also price of my negro man "Asse" and a negro woman, upon condition that he pay ƒ5 to each of my daughters, vis: Hannah, Rachel, Loes (Lois) and ƒ2 to my deceased daughter daughter Mercy's children Ellis and Judith.
