Will of William Schillinks

1744, March 2 Page 418   Will of William Schillinks, Yeoman of Cape May County.

Wife: Josena executrix and whole estate during widowhood.

If a son by my said wife, and he lives to be 20 he shall possess all lands and tenements; If a daughter, she shall have all at 18. If twins male and female, the male at 21 to pay his sister ƒ80, but if he should die underage, the daughter at 18 to have whole estate.

If two males and they live to the age of 20,they shall hold the property in joint tenancy or it shall be divided equally among them, or if one does the other to have the property absolutely.

If no issue or none to attain majority, I give all my lands to my brother Abraham Schillinks.
