There are five curbed markers of wood with no names visible. Those are quite close together, possibly indicating one family. Several graves have been moved to the cemetery at Gordon NE. - This note made when information was gathered in 1980.Note: [email protected] wrote, "I am not 100% positive but believe a number of the unmarked graves in this cemetery maybe additional members of the Gardner family. Family bible shows: William Russell Gardner was born 29 Aug 1858 Scott County Iowa died 9 December 1937 buried in Log Cabin cemetery. Charlotte Mae "Charlottie" Gardner was born Apr 1891 in the Albany community, Sheridan Co. NE died 20 Nov 1906 from a gunshot wound is buried in Log Cabin cemetery. Ruth Ann Gardner was born 14 January 1894 in Albany community, Sheridan Co., NE died 17 January 1894 is buried in Log Cabin Cemetery.[There] may have been other members of the family there also. William's brother Tobias Gardner also lived in the area. [3/4/2002]
