GENEALOGICAL SOCIETY
C/o Blair Public Library
Blair, Nebraska
68008
Can you help us locate someone interested in having a photo album which was left at my house, which surely must include pictures of members of a family which resided in Blair for a number of years? The album was brought to me as a member of WCGS after the death of the neighbor at whose home it had been stored for decades. We have contacted a number of older persons in Blair and had an article printed in the local newspaper. While a few persons have remembrances of the family (there were a number of children), no one knows where family members might be.
HEALEY Seeking relatives of Catherine HEALEY. The family--parents and several children--lived near Blair from about 1915 for possibly ten years or more. An unmarried teacher, Catherine lived here with her father until 1952 or later. Have her photo album, 1917-26, left with a neighbor when she moved. It was brought to WCGS to locate someone interested in having it. Clarice HEALEY was in Blair H. S. sophomore class of 1916-17. Also have commendation for military service to Anthony F. HEALEY from Nebraska governor, 1921. This was forwarded to Casper, Wyo. from Blair. Pictures were taken at various places in Nebraska as Tekamah, Creighton, Stockville, Kearney State Teachers College, and in Colorado, Wyoming, Florida, Arizona. Pictures are partially identified by first names, year and/or location. If interested, please contact .
