Dorothy TOELLE
Dorothy Jane (Sueltz) Toelle, 68, of West Point, died Mar 28, 2011. Memorial 
service was April 1, 2011, at Grace Lutheran Church. Burial will be at a later date.
Stokely Funeral Home in West Point was in charge of arrangements. 

Ethel ENSTROM
Ethel A. Enstrom, 82, of Oakland, died Mar 29, 2011, in Fremont. A funeral 
service was held April 2, 2011, at the First United Methodist Church in Oakland. 
Burial was in Westside Cemetery, rural Oakland. She was preceded in death by 
her parents; husband, Leland in July 2010; son, Steven; sisters, Norma 
Roemer, Mary Woerman, Dora Bettenhausen; brother, Howard Madsen; 
and two grandchildren. 

Irene VON SEGGERN
Irene E. Von Seggern, 85, of West Point, died April 4, 2011. Funeral services 
were April 7, 2011, at Grace Lutheran Church. Burial was at Mount Hope Cemetery. 
Stokely Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. 

LeRoy RUSSMAN
LeRoy B. Russman, 84, of Bancroft, died April 1, 2011, in Wahoo. Funeral services 
were April 5, 2011, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Bancroft. Interment was in the 
Bancroft City Cemetery. Munderloh Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. 

Helen KASSMEIER
Helen Irene Kassmeier, 92, of Hooper, formerly of Scribner, died Mar 29, 2011. 
Funeral Mass was April 1, 2011, at St. Lawrence Catholic Church at Scribner. 
Burial was at St. Leo’s Catholic Cemetery at Snyder. Stokely Funeral Home 
was in charge of arrangements. 

Nina ASKWIG
Nina E. (McVeigh) Askwig, died April 1, 2011. Funeral services at the Bancroft 
Presbyterian Church, Bancroft, April 8, 2011. 

Randy HINRICH
Randy Dale Hinrich, 53, of Lexington, died April 2, 2011. Services were April 6, 2011
at Grace Lutheran Church in Lexington. Burial was April 8, 2011 at St. Mark’s Cemetery 
at Pender. Reynolds-Love Funeral Home in Lexington is in charge of arrangements locally 
with Munderloh Funeral Home in charge of arrangements in Pender. 

Lenora BROGAN
Lenora Mabel Brogan, 82, of York, died Mar 31, 2011 at Lincoln. Mass of Christian 
burial was held April 2, 2011, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Wisner. Burial was in 
the St. Joseph Cemetery, Wisner. Metz Mortuary, York was in charge of arrangements. 

Eva LASS
Eva Lass, 85, of West Point, formerly of Snyder, died April 8, 2011. Private family services 
with burial will be at Manhattan Cemetery, south of West Point, at a later date. Stokely 
Funeral Home of West Point is in charge of arrangements. 

Alice LUBKER
Alice Lubker 79, of West Point, died April 6, 2011. Funeral services were April 9, 2011
at Grace Lutheran Church in West Point. Burial was at Mount Hope Cemetery. Stokely 
Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. 

Patrick GATZEMEYER
Patrick Carl Gatzemeyer, 72, of Bancroft, died April 7, 2011 in Pender after a 
lengthy battle with kidney disease. Funeral services were April 11, 2011, at 
the Bancroft Presbyterian Church in Bancroft. Interment was in the Bancroft 
City Cemetery. Munderloh Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. 

Willis MILLER
Willis Miller, 82, of West Point, died April 10, 2011. Funeral services were April 13, 2011
at Zion Lutheran Church, Bancroft. Burial with military honors were at the church cemetery. 
Stokely Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. 

Virginia HEBBELN
Mass of Christian burial for Virginia C. “Ginny” (Mahlberg) Hebbeln, was held April 9, 2011
at Holy Family Catholic Church, Davenport, Iowa. Interment was at Davenport Memorial 
Park Cemetery.
