Leo GERKEN
Leo C. Gerken, 95, of rural West Point died Feb. 23, 2010, at his farm home. 
Funeral Mass was Feb. 27, 2010, at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, at St. Charles. 
Burial was in the church cemetery. Stokely Funeral Home was in charge of 
arrangements.

Henry PEITZMEIER
Henry B. Peitzmeier, 78, Hooper, died Feb. 25, 2010. A funeral Mass was 
Mar 1, 2010, at the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Hooper. Burial was 
in the St. Rose Cemetery. 

Myron NISSEN
Myron Neal Nissen, 70, of Fremont, died Feb. 25, 2010. A funeral service was 
Mar 2, 2010, at First Lutheran Church Fremont, with interment at Westside 
Cemetery in rural Oakland. Dugan Funeral Chapel, Fremont, was in charge 
of arrangements.

David BURMOOD
Memorial services for David Burmood, 65, of West Point, Mar 5, 2010, at
the Kuzelka-Minnick Funeral Home in West Point. David died Feb. 28, 2010
at his home. Kuzelka-Minnick Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Rex ANDERSON
Rex Albert Anderson, 81, Pender, died Friday, Feb. 26, 2010. Funeral 
services were Mar 2, 2010, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Bancroft. 
Interment will be at a later date. Munderloh Funeral Home was in 
charge of arrangements.

Leona HEIMANN
Leona M. Heimann, 94, Fremont, died Feb. 25, 2010. A funeral service 
was held Mar 1, 2010, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Fremont. Burial 
was at Calvary Cemetery, Fremont. Moser Memorial Chapel, Fremont 
was in charge of arrangements.

Richard BROWN
Funeral services for Richard "Dick" Brown, 88, of Beemer, were Mar 2, 2010
at St. John's Lutheran Church in Beemer. Interment was in the Beemer 
Cemetery with military honors by Beemer American Legion Post #159. 
Richard died on Feb. 26, 2010 in Pender. Kuzelka-Minnick Funeral Home 
was in charge of arrangements.

Ardath PAGELS
Ardath Ilene Pagels, 67, of Howell, Mich., died Feb. 26, 2010, Fenton, Mich. 
Funeral services were Mar 1, 2010, at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton 
Chapel, Fenton, Mich. Sharp Funeral Homes was in charge of 
arrangements.

Andrew NAGY 
Andrew Edward Nagy, 84, formerly of Calumet City, Ill., died Nov. 6, 2009
at his residence in Valparaiso, Ind. At his request, no services were held. 
Interment in Snyder with graveside services on Mar 6, 2010, at the Snyder 
Cemetery. Minnick Funeral Chapel of Dodge is in charge of arrangements. 

Albert SCHMUECKER
Albert Theodore Schmuecker, 81, Plattsmouth, died Feb. 22, 2010, Tempe, Ariz. 
A funeral Mass was held at Roby Funeral Home Chapel in Plattsmouth on 
Mar 3, 2010. Military rites were by the American Legion Post#1 of Omaha. 
Burial was at Calvary Cemetery, Omaha. Roby Funeral Home, Plattsmouth 
was in charge of arrangements.

John LOISEL
John Loisel, 89, died at Plano Specialty Hospital, Plano, Texas. A funeral 
was held at St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church in Plano. At graveside 
services at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, he was honored with 
a flyby of F-16 fighter planes. 

Fred WOERNER
Fred Woerner, 75, of West Point, died Mar 6, 2010 after a brief battle with 
cancer. Memorial services Mar 13, 2010, at St. Paul Lutheran Church. Burial 
at Mount Hope Cemetery. Stokely Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Donna GOEBEL
Donna F. Miller Goebel , 78, of Fremont, died Mar 1, 2010. The funeral was 
Mar 5, 2010, at First Lutheran Church in Fremont. Burial was in Memorial 
Cemetery in Fremont. Moser Memorial Chapel in Fremont was in charge 
of arrangements.

Mary Ann LIIBBE
Mary Ann Liibbe, 81, of Beemer, died Mar 8, 2010, in West Point. Funeral 
services Mar 11, 2010, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in West Point. Burial 
at Mount Hope Cemetery. Stokely Funeral Home is in charge of 
arrangements.

Elton ANDERSON
Elton Carroll Anderson, 90, died Mar 12, 2010. Funeral services were 
Mar 15, 2010, at the Memorial United Methodist Church in Lyons. 
Military honors were by Robert Klase VFW Post No. 7998 and Harvey 
Lenig American Legion Post No. 83 with burial at the Lyons Cemetery. 
Pelan Funeral Services was in charge of arrangements.

Dorothy GROSSERODE
Dorothy Jean Grosserode, 83, Lincoln, died Mar 14, 2010. Mass of 
Christian burial Mar 19, 2010, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Lincoln. 
Burial at Calvary Cemetery. Butherus, Maser and Love Funeral Home 
is in charge of arrangements.

Francis MAHLBERG
Francis (Bud) Mahlberg died Mar 11, 2010. A funeral Mass was held 
Mar 15, 2010, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in West Point. Burial was 
at St. Michael's Cemetery. Stokely Funeral Home was in charge of 
arrangements.

Ione CHINN
Ione (Anderson) Chinn, 95, died Feb. 21, 2010. Burial will be at 
the Beemer Cemetery in Beemer at 1:30 p.m. Mar 25. 

Robert JENSEN
Robert A. Jensen, 72, of West Point, died Mar 13, 2010, at his home. 
A memorial service was Mar 17, 2010, at Stokely Funeral Home Chapel. 

Paula HERRMANN
Paula Herrmann, 71, of West Point died Mar 16, 2010 at St. Francis 
Memorial Hospital. Services Mar 19, 2010, at Stokely Funeral Home. 
Burial at Mount Hope Cemetery. 

LeRoy HASENKAMP
LeRoy Hasenkamp, 91, of Fremont, formerly of Scribner, died 
Mar 15, 2010. The funeral was Mar 18 at St. Peter's Lutheran 
Church at Scribner. The committal took place at the Scribner 
Cemetery. 

Jacob STOLLBERG
Jacob Ralph Stollberg, 16, of Scribner, died Mar 17, 2010, at the 
Creighton Medical Center in Omaha. Funeral services were 
Mar 22, 2010, at St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Scribner. 
Burial was in the Scribner Cemetery. Ludvigsen's Scribner 
Funeral Chapel was in charge of arrangements.

Martha DEMUTH
Martha Marie Demuth, 89, York, died Mar 19, 2010, in York. Mass 
of Christian burial was Mar 23, 2010, at St. Vincent dePaul Catholic 
Church. Graveside services were at Seward Cemetery. Funeral 
arrangements were by Zabka Funeral Home, Seward.
